My 100 yr-old house had a basement created some 70 yrs ago by digging up dirt below the foundation, exposing footers. Poor quality stucco was all that sustained the basement walls from caving inwards due lack of waterproofing, which left the house floor completely uneven with alarming cracks along the house’s interior walls. Seiber resolved all the necessary structural work needed to prevent the wall from caving into the basement, waterproofed, and applied incredibly solid support systems underneath crawl spaces that previously had nothing supporting. The depth of peace of mind they left me with provides my young children, wife, dogs, and I with the absence of anxiety that homeowners aspire to have. Seiber earned their stripes with us, a purple heart medal, too. Last, from a project management standpoint, their work was insanely tightly organized such that they knocked out 17 points on their scope of work in just 4 days! Brutally effective crew and a very sharp inspector. DO NOT hesitate to utilize them

Seiber Restoration is a great company to do business with. In the very beginning of the process, they worked with us to evaluate the work we needed on the brick foundation of our 1905 Victorian cottage in order to stay within our budget. Work included rebuilding a good portion of our rear foundation and repointing of the remaining foundation of the house. The work they did looked great, was completed in a timely manner and in compliance with Historic Overlay standards. Their staff was very professional, courteous and friendly and always on time. The work site was cleaned up at the end of each work day. They were always able to answer my questions of which I had several. I highly recommend them for work on an historic home.

From our initial telephone call to the final walk through, seamless does not begin to describe our experience. My husband and I found the office staff, and crew to be professional, courteous, and experts in their field. Communication was constant throughout. Our project began on time, and the entire team was prompt in their arrival each day (3 day project), and they focused solely on OUR project until it was completed. The entire Seiber team was in the same uniform; not something you see these days, and they looked sharp! They took care to not be intrusive to us or our neighbors with their presence, vehicles or tools. Our Site Foreman noticed an issue with a wooden beam that was deteriorated in the basement. He proposed a fix, and offered us a change order at a minimal cost, and fixed the issue. The work is phenomenal! After spending three days down there, I am beyond confident that we are not structurally sound! The concrete slabs that they poured for the support poles look great, and they painted (protected) all of the support poles with a very attractive blue. The same person that came out to see our issue and write our proposal came out twice to inspect the progress of the work, and completed a final inspection before we were called down for the walk through. This was the first time I have ever smiled while writing a check to a contractor at my home. If I EVER have another issue at my home, Seiber will be my FIRST call!
